Carolyn Eiseman is the founder and creative director of CEH Design Inc., a woman-owned business that is celebrating its 30-year anniversary. Carolyn and her husband, Dale Hauser have been working together for 28 years. With a $5,000 dollar loan from Carolyn’s father-in-law, Bob Hauser, CEH Design was started with hope and prayer in Ridgefield Connecticut. Using a closet-size room in their apartment CEH Design has flourished and grown into a thriving and nationally recognized design studio, located in Bethel Connecticut.
