Webb’s visit invitation packs a punch.
The Webb School was looking for a targeted invitation that would deliver maximum impact in a cost-effective way. By using variable data, we were able to design an invitation that could be personalized in multiple ways. In addition to addressing each recipient by name on the cover, variable data allows for targeted headlines, copy, and photographs, chosen to reflect the recipient’s grade level, interest in a boarding or day program, and extracurricular and sports interests.
Webb was able to target prospective students individually by speaking directly to their goals, interests, and comfort level with the friends they will make on campus. The success of this targeted approach is evident in the results. In 2021, The Webb School has seen the largest response ever in sign-ups for their visit days. They attribute the increased interest directly to the effectiveness of CEH’s concept, design, and innovative use of variable data.
