Cardigan’s viewbook uses bold headlines to speak directly to the prospective student. Paired with outstanding photography and a clean but dynamic design, the viewbook sends the message that Cardigan knows middle school boys and how to challenge them academically and make them feel at home. Half-pages throughout the book highlight the school’s core values and how they are put into action in the classroom, on the playing fields, and in dormitory life. Heavier paper stock with a textured surface for the half-pages engages the senses and makes this a tactile as well as a visual piece. The viewbook makes a compelling case for the transformation boys experience at Cardigan and sells the benefits of a single-sex education for boys this age.
